Order Form, complete and FAX it back to us so that we can begin.
Unfortunately we have one of those FAX lines that require 2-step process of
you calling us first to turn the fax on. So, please dial (269)
857-3574 first, ask us to turn the machine on and then redial and send.
Consultation. Upon receipt of the
, I will call you personally and discuss the creation and/or
transformation of your piece with you. We will talk about the finishes
that you may be considering and which may be appropriate for the piece.
Pricing. Once we've completed the initial consultation, I will
give you a quote for the work. Work will begin once a deposit of 50%
is received. Prior to shipping the finished item, we will advise you
of the final payment amount plus shipping.
Forms of
Payment. We accept checks or money orders. Whenever we
receive money from our customers, we will send you a confirming email that
payment has been received. Sorry, we cannot process credit cards at
this time.
Shipping & Handling. All
finished pieces will be carefully packed and shipped via UPS Ground.
Smaller items can be shipped via U.S. mail. All items are insured up
to $100 in value.
Timing. Small items will take about 2 -- 3
weeks for creation and delivery. Larger items as furniture pieces will
take about 3--4 weeks time. Let us know if you require a shorter
delivery time and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
30 Day Return Policy. We will accept returns within 30 days of
